What we offer

Our house offers one double bed, one single bed, one private kitchen, one dining room and two bathrooms.

Our breakfast is a mediterranean breakfast that includes: tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, jams and butter, croissants and snacks, which you can enjoy eat outdoors, in the enchanting charm of the lake.

Created garden corners allow you to relax yourself at the sun, immersed in nature and greenery.

Due to the temperate climate for several months of the year, the whole environment can be heated in winter and cooled in the summer by the autonomous use of two air conditioners.

Access to bed and breakfast is independent and there is a parking area in the garden.

The Bed&Breakfast activity has been authorized by regione Lazio, prot. n° 1184 e3.
