Upon confirmation of booking, it requires a deposit of 30%.
We return the full amount up to 30 days before arrival date. While below that period it will retain 100% of the advance payment . Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of 50% of the amount of the entire stay.

Failure to submit, without due notice and early departure involve the retention of the entire amount.
* The advance payment can be made through bank transfer or paypal.
* The rest of the booking payment will only be made in cash upon delivery of the keys.
Upon arrival in the B & B is filled in the notification sheet appearances for the presentation of identification documents (Passport, Identity Card or Driving Licence) valid to be registered as required by law. Failure to comply with this requirement constitutes a violation of the norms of the Criminal Code and authorizes us to demand the immediate abandonment of the B & B.
The data of our guests are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.
By law, the B & B not being of commercial activities, they are not required to issue any tax document. For proving the Vs. Payment can release a rent receipt stating the amount and the data of your stay. Later you will receive the keys and will be shown the room, the bathroom and the areas at your disposal.
We encourage guests to always close the doors and windows.
The B & B accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of your property left in rooms, bathrooms and areas at your disposal and for any damage to persons or property to or from third.
Any damage will have to be declared and settled immediately to the manager of the house.

The behaviors to be observed in the B&B are not only those enshrined in law, but especially those dictated by good sense and mutual respect.

Being bed and breakfast a small family-run business, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day as it happens for the hotels.
After checking in, guests will be provided with keys to the gate and the front door and can access them at any time.
The possible loss of keys will cost of € 100 which will be refunded before departure.
It is not allowed guests to access other people in the B & B at any time for public security reasons.
To the arrival, rooms are available from 14.
On the day of departure rooms must be vacated by 11:00.
Breakfast is available in the kitchen of your apartment and you can have a timetable of your choosing, always respecting the maximum output limit that is by 11.00.
Please advance the need for gluten-free products.
The linen will be changed every three days and of course at every change of host. For longer stays it is available also the cleaning service of the rooms with an extra charge of EUR 7 per hour.
Please DO NOT THROW ANYTHING IN WC outside the toilet paper provided by the hotel, for everything else there are the appropriate bins in the bathroom.
The place is covered with Wi-fi line for the free internet access.
Small dog or cat are allowed only with permission of the manager.
PLEASE DO PROPERLY RECYCLING GARBAGE.
In accordance with Regulation of the B & B and the rules of the Municipal Police it is required to observe silence during the hours 23:00 to 8:00.
